Is this just another CRM?+

No. Notroa is an acquisition engine first: it discovers motivated-seller opportunities, enriches and scores them, explains why each matters, and drafts your outreach. The pipeline exists to help you work those leads — not to be another empty database you have to fill.

Where do the leads come from?+

From public property and distress signals — absentee owners, high equity, tired landlords, tax delinquency, pre-foreclosure, code violations, and vacancy (probate is expanding) — plus any list you import: PropStream, BatchLeads, ListSource, or a plain CSV. Every source runs through the same enrichment and scoring pipeline.

How does the AI scoring work — can I trust it?+

Scoring is deterministic and transparent first: a documented weight table produces a 0–100 score with the full factor breakdown. AI then adds a bounded ±10 adjustment and a plain-English WHY grounded in those facts. It's never a black box, and it degrades gracefully if the AI is unavailable.

Do you sell or share my data?+

No. Your leads and activity are scoped to your organization and isolated at the database level. We don't sell your data, and you can export it and leave whenever you want.
